You can now choose how you’d like to go through each task in your Checklist, by reading the step-by-step instructions or watching a short video that walks you through it. Just tap the
Read
or
Watch
tabs at the top of the Instructions section to switch between the two.
Not every task will have a video yet, we’re still carefully creating each one to make sure it’s accurate, compassionate and genuinely helpful. This update is part of our ongoing effort to make your already difficult days just a little bit easier.

Over 50% of life insurance policies in Malaysia go unclaimed, often because no beneficiary is named. That means someone could pay premiums for years, only for the money to be lost because their loved ones didn’t know they were insured.
To ensure you don't miss out on what's rightfully yours, we’ve built a simple way to
check if your loved one had a policy
with
10+ insurers at once
. Just enter their details and (optionally) upload the death certificate. We’ll generate a pre-filled email, ready to send in one tap. No more calls, no repeating painful details. Responses will go directly to your email within 2~7 working days.

Not every task in the Checklist may apply to you. That's why you can now mark tasks as Not Relevant, helping clear away items that don’t apply to your situation. These tasks will be
moved to the bottom
of your timeline, keeping your focus on what truly matters.
This keeps things tidy while still allowing you to revisit those tasks later if you need to. Fewer distractions and more focus, because this process is hard enough already.
1
1️⃣ Tap on the task that doesn't apply to you.
2
2️⃣ Change the task's status to
Not Relevant
.

3️⃣ Revisit any of these tasks anytime at the bottom of your Checklist.
You can now upvote guides in the Library to highlight the ones you find most helpful or relevant. Your upvotes not only show appreciation but also
influence the order
in which guides are displayed, with highly upvoted guides appearing first.
This new feature makes it easier for everyone to discover valuable content, ensuring the most useful resources are always within reach when they’re needed most.

We’ve made it easier to keep track of the guides that matter most to you. You can now bookmark any guide in the Library, whether it’s something you’d like to revisit later, refer back to or share with someone else.
Once bookmarked, these guides will appear neatly in the new
Bookmarks
section on the Library page. No more scrolling through hundreds of guides to find the one you need, your saved guides will always be just a tap away.

A little convenience can go a long way during challenging times, which is why we’ve improved how you access Focus Mode. Previously, you had to navigate to the Settings page to turn it on, but thanks to thoughtful feedback from our community member u/Enoch_Moke, we’ve now added a quick switch button directly within all Checklist task pages.
This means you can toggle Focus Mode on or off instantly, whether you’re diving deep into the details or prefer to skim through instructions quickly. It’s all about
giving you more flexibility
to manage tasks in the way that feels right for you.

P/S: This improvement builds on our original launch of Focus Mode, designed to simplify the

v1.11.2 // Read More Section (Checklist)

We’ve added a new Read More section to the bottom of every task in your Checklist. For those times when you want to explore a task in greater detail, this section offers curated guides and articles that are highly relevant to the task you're working on. For example:
  • If you’re handling
    Secure Identity Documents
, you’ll find helpful resources like
    How to Find Missing Documents
  • Or if you're working on
    Locating the Will
, you might see guides like
How to Share the Will with Your Family

This improvement provides extra support for those who want it, while keeping things simple and uncluttered for users who prefer to stick with the essentials. Whether you want to go deeper or just follow the steps, the choice is now yours.
Finding the right grief counsellor just got a little easier. Our new filter allows you to search for counsellors who speak your
preferred language
, whether it’s English, Malay, Mandarin, Tamil
or dialects
like Cantonese, Hokkien, Hakka, Malayalam, Punjabi or Hindi. You’ll also see a complete list of their language offerings on their profile.
In moments of loss, being understood in your own language can make all the difference. This improvement is part of our commitment to creating a space where you feel heard and supported, every step of the way.

Managing tasks after losing a loved one can be anything but straightforward. Some tasks stretch on for months, while others might hit roadblocks or depend on external factors and some are quick to complete. To better reflect this reality, the Checklist now lets you assign a status to each task:
  • Ongoing
(blue) - Actively working on it
  • Blocked
    (red) - Currently on hold
  • Done
    (green) - Fully completed
Tasks yet to begin will stay grey.
This update is designed to help you see exactly where you stand at a glance. Whether things are moving smoothly or hitting snags, the Checklist adapts to your journey, giving you clarity as you navigate through it all.

1️⃣ Unstarted tasks will show as grey.

2️⃣ Assign the current status.

3️⃣ See the statuses on your timeline @

We’ve updated the Checklist to include quick links to our tools right where you need them most. For certain tasks, the
What You Need
section will now feature a box that leads you to a tool designed to help with that specific task.
  • Planning a funeral? You’ll see a link to
    Find Funeral Home
    .
  • Notifying friends and family? Tap into
    Notify Loved Ones
    .
  • Tracking assets? Use
    Inventory of Assets
